Tyler has been an integral member of the biathlon community for many years, having coached everyone from Olympians to army veterans.  He has supported events like the Invictus Games, the World Junior Biathlon Championships, and national  level camps and competitions.

Tyler still races extensively, and often represents Canada on the world stage. But through it all, his true passion is for coaching and teaching.

Tyler is a Registered Professional Coach through the National Coach Certification Program (NCCP), having done extensive education and training.

What the athletes have to say...

For his day job, Liam manages his own business, Wonderlands Coffee & Plants.  When he isn't making Squamish's best iced chai latte, he is training.

Coming from a professional rugby background, Liam picked up triathlon and ran, now eyeing his first world championships.  Here are his thoughts on Lifetime Endurance:

This is Chloe McMillan
triathlete, swimmer, paramedic

Chloe spends her days driving the Sea to Sky corridor in an ambulance. When she isn't patching up wounds and doing CPR, she is training.

Coming from a high-level dressage & show jumping background, Chloe was a natural on a bicycle. But for Chloe, there is always a higher hurdle, and she is now chasing insane ultra-distance races.  Here are her thoughts on Lifetime Endurance:

"I started training for triathlon to do something that, for me, I didn't think was possible.

Through that, I began carving out more time in my life for myself.  Training is that me time.  I am not here for the competition, but for the training.  Striving to be a better version of myself physically.  Staying intrinsically motivated to push towards my goals, both in sport and in who I am as a person.

Lifetime Endurance understands that, while competition is an important aspect of this sport, it is not everything.  What I love is showing up to train with people who are excited to spend time doing hard things with me, and I get that every day with Lifetime Endurance."

This is Hilary Webb
triathlete, cyclist, engineer

Hilary is a highly skilled engineering consultant. When she isn't designing systems, she is training.

Coming from an equestrian and mountain bike background, Hilary thrives in the face of difficulty and fear.  She continues to challenge herself with a vast mix of endurance events coming up in her calendar.  Here are her thoughts on Lifetime Endurance:

"I reached out to Lifetime Endurance as I had my sights set on the full Vancouver T100 distance, having done the sprint the year before.  I really wanted to improve my overall performance and my biggest challenge had been balancing training with a full time job.  Having Tyler as a coach to develop a road map and provide guidance on prioritizing key sessions when life got busy was a game-changer.

I rocked up to that start line feeling super strong and confident, and had an absolute blast.  I exceeded my own expectations for my finish time, and had a great time doing it, which is the best raceday you could hope for.  If you are looking for a coach who understands your goals and truly cares about their clients' successes, then Lifetime Endurance is a great place to start."
